Commercial and industrial floors across Monmouth County

Monmouth County mixes shore-town restaurants and retail with medical centers, light industrial parks and a large residential base along the Route 9, Route 35 and Garden State Parkway corridors.

Monmouth County runs from shore towns like Asbury Park, Long Branch and Red Bank to the Route 9 corridor through Freehold, Manalapan, Marlboro and Howell. Its mix of restaurants, medical centers, retail, light industrial parks and Monmouth Executive Airport in Wall Township means a wide range of floor conditions.

Near the shore, humidity and slab moisture are the biggest risks to a coated floor. We test every slab, prep it mechanically and choose systems that hold up to the conditions in each building.

Monmouth County flooring questions

Have a question about your floor? Call our estimators at (908) 208-3698.

Which Monmouth County towns do you serve?

We serve all of Monmouth County, including Asbury Park, Eatontown, Freehold, Howell, Long Branch, Manalapan, Marlboro, Middletown, Neptune, Red Bank, Tinton Falls and Wall Township.

Does shore humidity affect a coated floor?

It can. We test slab moisture before installing and add a mitigation layer when needed. For areas with sunlight exposure, an aliphatic urethane topcoat helps prevent yellowing.

What floor works for a restaurant kitchen?

We typically install 1/4" urethane cement with an antimicrobial additive and integral cove base. It handles steam cleaning and thermal shock and is usually back in service in 12 to 24 hours.

Do you coat residential garage floors?

Yes. Our main focus is commercial and industrial work, but we also install garage floor coatings for homeowners across Monmouth County.
